So, What’s the Deal? Our Groupon deal was our 2-hour tour.
What’s Included? You get the use of a recumbent tricycle, helmet, and radio system.
Can Kids Participate? Yes, if they are taller than 4’11” and 12 years old. Under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
Where Does the Tour Go? Our 2-hour tour focuses on the historic center of San Antonio, and is designed to give the participant an overview of the main attractions of the city - but not just the Alamo. Because street conditions and downtown activities are constantly changing, and our participants have varied interests, we may alter our routes and sites seen.
How Do I Redeem My Groupon? To schedule a tour, contact us by phone (210-823-2200) or email: info@sanantoniobiketours.com. Download our RIDERINFO.doc, fill out the Participant Information section, and email the form to us. We will contact you by phone to schedule your tour and answer any questions you may have.
What If I’d Like to Do a Longer Tour? Present your Groupon and simply pay the price difference between the 2-hour tour and the tour you’d like to take.
How Long In Advance Must a Tour Be Scheduled? We prefer more than 72 hours notice, however, if you get a sudden urge to take a tour, give us a call to check for availability.
What Happens if I Schedule a Tour and Don’t Show Up? There is no penalty if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time. We will work with you to reschedule your tour. If you fail to show up without proper notice your Groupon will be voided. Tours cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled with no penalty. Where Will My Tour Start? All tours start at Star Storage, 875 E. Ashby, just north of the Pearl Brewery.
How Many People Will Be On My Tour? Our tours are limited to 8 participants.
